You can send some information by email to If you have an image or a sketch that you have done (and they do not have to be great quality!) but it gives us a good idea of what it is you would like.
Once I have received your information I will be able to advise you with some options, it is always best to have a meeting to discuss whether or not the project is achievable within your deadline/budget. The location for our meeting could be set to your convenience by further arrangements.
The initial consultation will be free of charge and should last a maximum of one hour and a half. Any necessary further meetings or correspondence will be included within the final price of your item.
The Design & Quote:
You will receive by email or post a design, which will allow you to see my ideas for your project. Please take time to review these carefully and get back to me as soon as possible with any changes or comments. An idea of pricing will be given to you at this time, but prices may only be approximate.
When the final design is signed off I will then create a quote for you. It may take up to 3 weeks to be able to complete an initial quote depending on the complexity of your design; I will endeavour to do this as soon as I can.
On approval of the quote I require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to start the project. Please note, once the deposit will be clear through the account the work on the piece will start.
Once the piece is ready the remaining balance will be due for payment and cleared through the account before the piece will be dispatched or made available for collection.
Payments can be made by transfers using all major debit/credit cards (excluding American Express), Cheque and Cash. But please do not send cash through the post. Cheques can be send to the address that I will previously provide during our consultation.
If you change your mind about the commission before the deposit has been paid then there is no fee payable. If you decide that after the deposit has been paid you no longer desire the piece I will be unable to refund the deposit to you, as work on the piece will have been started, however it may be possible to alter the design in this instance.
Returns & Refunds:
Commissioned items are non-refundable. If there is a clear manufacturing fault then I will of course do our best to repair this free of charge.
